Kevin Kaslana is a character in the mobile game Honkai Impact 3 and its related works. He is the leader of the Thirteen Flame-Chasers, the anti-Honkai organization "Flame-Chasers" under the United Nations during the First Civilization Era, holding Rank I with the Emblem of "Salvation." He is humanity's most powerful protector, the individual closest to realizing the Flame-Chasers' grand.. Kevin Kaslana is the leader of World Serpent, who was trapped in the Sea of Quanta for several years prior to the beginning of the game's story. He is one of the 13 Flame-Chasers from the Previous Era, a group of super-soldiers who used to work with Dr. MEI to fight off Honkai 50,000 years ago. He's one of the main antagonists in Honkai Impact 3rd, as his ultimate goal of eradicating Honkai.
