Pokémon Power is the name of a series of mini-magazines which were included in the Nintendo Power magazine. The magazines were available as inserts in Nintendo Power volumes 111 through 116, spanning the months of August 1998 until January 1999. The magazines contained strategies for Pokémon Red and Blue Versions as well as Ani-Manga adaptations of the first six animated series episodes.. Promotional strategy guide/comic that came with an issue of Nintendo Power Magazine. Strategy guide covers the first 8 areas of Pokemon Blue or Red for the original Gameboy. Also contains a comic featuring the first adventure of Ash and Pikachu.
