Firstly, when I switched the radio on, my USB keyboard would disconnect briefly or JTDX would lose all the settings and quite often not transmit even though the transceiver would show as connected.
I'm seeing a strange behavior on the FT-991a with WSJT-X in FT8 mode. It used to work fine. I'm wondering if the recent Win 10 update caused it. It receives and decodes with no problem but won't transmit. The radio changes to transmit but it's not putting out any power. It transmits fine in WSPR mode.. My SWR on 28.074 is 1:1 according to the radio, ALC at transmit is 0, PO on transmit is 0. I thought the problem might be settings from the previous user, but I reset to factory default and have the same issue. I swapped over to 2M with a dummy load and keyed up and am getting the same issue- no PO on the monitor during transmit.
