The battery light on the bottom is solid orange and never shuts off. I can't power on or off the unit, no other lights will come on.. It lives on the official sonos wireless charger so found this odd. No lights on it with the wireless, so connected via usb c and got an amber light. Left it 24 hours but won't power on and still have the amber.. Tried all of this and still have a Sonos Roam brick that only lights up solid orange when plugged into USB-C but never actually charges, responds.. My Sonos now shows the orange light while plugged in and does not charge at all. Failed at 6 months past the 12 month Sonos warranty..
